About Us

ATD Handyman got its start specifically to address the demand for home repairs in support of residential real estate transactions. Primarily, sellers needed to have repairs addressed prior to listing their home for sale, or to address required repairs identified in the buyer's home inspection. Additionally, after the sale closed, buyers often needed repairs made. 

I have always loved fixing things. Repair knowledge is not enough without experience. Over the years, I have developed a diversified inventory of repair and problem-solving skills essential to addressing a broad spectrum of issues. 

ATD - "Attention to Detail"

We are committed to the following principles:

• Arriving when promised.
• Taking precise measurements for parts & materials.
• Cleaning up after the work is complete. 

• Availability --- I don't restrict my service to conventional working hours because that's not the reality of the world in which we live! Whether the customer is best accommodated with service provided in the early morning hours, or late in the evening, I will do my best to make it happen.

• Parts & Materials --- Do you already have it? Whenever possible, I'm happy to use your existing parts or materials you have on hand to get the job done. I also enjoy the opportunity to "repurpose" materials. The reality is there is volatility in the price of building materials these days. If we can utilize materials you already have, this will be a cost savings to you. 

Workmanship is the hallmark of the professional craftsman. I take great care to get the job done right the first time. My priority is to leave you exceedingly pleased with the work performed.
